McCash’s Country Store is pleased to offer a full refund on any non-food item that has been bought at the full price and returned in its original condition and packaging, together with labels and the till receipt within 14 days.
Items that have been bought at a reduced sale price to clear or have been ‘De-Tagged’ are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Under the Animal Welfare Act an owner must show a duty of care to ensure feeds fed to animals are fresh and free from contamination. Please ensure you follow the storage instructions on the sack.
If you open a feed sack or edible treat packet and discover the contents to be unsatisfactory, please return the packaging with it's contents ensuring the 'batch number' and 'use by date' are visible and if we agree the goods aren't up to standard, we will refund and promptly deal with the matter.
Goods with an agreed manufacturer’s fault, if accompanied with a receipt or a bank statement showing the exact value of purchase will be entitled to full refund within 30 days of purchase. If however you require a replacement or repair due to a manufacturers fault we will happily endeavour to send back your item to the manufacturer.
**Green Refunds** :- We have devised a way customers can save landfill waste. If a customer has an item with a proven manufacturer's fault that has been returned to us with proof of purchase within 30 days, and it can either be repaired or the fault endured, we can offer a 50% refund and allow the customer to keep the faulty item. Full refunds will be honoured if the customer prefers.
Returned footwear must be scrupulously clean and ideally any leak areas highlighted with chalk or wipeable marker pen.
If goods are returned to us with a tear, puncture or damage that we deem to be out with the realms of a manufacturing fault we will not be able to refund or exchange the item, however at this point we will point you to our Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) Body where you can ask them to act on your behalf. Please note at this point the onus is on the customer to prove the fault was a manufacturing fault and not damaged by misuse or general wear.
We work closely with Perth and Kinross Trading Standards Department, and follow their advice.
